Téléski Nautique Bram

Téléski Nautique in Bram started in 2015 at the Buzerensmeer, an old sandbox to offer a new water sport. Ideally located, close to the motorway exit, a few meters from the Canal du Midi, accessible by a cycle path between Toulouse and Narbonne. It is an essential place to discover water sliding like kneeboarding, water skiing, wakeskating, hand wake and wakeboarding.
Téléski Nautique Bram
In this small oasis you can spend a pleasant moment with your feet in the water in the middle of the Cathar Country. The ski lift allows 7 skiers to glide simultaneously on beautiful water where one is pulled by a cable on a closed circuit of 600 meters long. Beginner or professional, you will spend a magical moment under the guidance of experienced instructors...
  Kneeboarding:
This support can be compared to a sled. Ideal for the first glide flight, it allows the practitioner to explore the track, understand the tension of the rope and the tracks to be made. It can be practiced alone or in pairs. Ideal for children, this support is great fun.
Water skiing:
It makes it easier for the practitioner to assimilate the position thanks to a face glide. The principle is the same as in the mountains to navigate.
Wakeboarding:
Close to kite surfing and snowboarding, it is the main ski lift discipline. It is advisable to go through the previous supports first to understand how it works. The progression can be very fast and the sensations are guaranteed.
Wakeskating:
It is similar to wakeboarding, except that your feet are not stuck so the board is less controllable.
Paddling:
We rent paddles, this support resembles a windsurf board or large surfboard and you move upright while rowing. This activity is done outside the ski lift circuit.
Handiwake:

We don't have equipment for this yet, but if you have your own you are welcome.
Téléski Nautique Bram
You can eat in a relaxed atmosphere on a beautiful shaded terrace with a view over the water. The change of scenery is guaranteed. Every lunchtime you can taste our dishes from the menu and in the evening you can enjoy a sunset accompanied by a plate of tapas and a glass of wine from the region. Some summer evenings concerts take place to make this place even more magical.

Malepère

A.O.P. Malepère - Côtes de la Malepère

The Malepère region was awarded AOP status on May 2nd 2007. It is a hilly area south-west of the city of Carcassonne which is included in the appellation along with 31 other towns and villages. Although the area claims a great history of wine making it was in the 1970’s that the vineyards began to be replanted and VDQS status was granted. VDQS is the intermediary wine designation between Vin de Pays and AOP and is a testing ground for would-be AOP’s to prove that wines from all the producers share a common personality before they can be awarded full AOP status. Although an obscure region the Malepère is well worth a visit and offers a very different terrain to the more recognizable Languedoc appellations. There are many interesting medieval circular villages to visit. They were built this way to form ramparts to act as protection for the inhabitants. The Cathar religion was strong here and the area is immersed in history and folklore...
