Restaurant "Table D'aimé" proposes to rediscover the taste of good things in a simple and respectful cuisine. The Domaine Cazes wines are served alongside Catalan and Mediterranean inspired dishes, mostly organic and produced by local producers.

A majority of the products offered in these menus come from Organic Farming. As our kitchen is dependent on our suppliers of organic products, we apologize if some of our products are missing. All our ice creams and sorbets are homemade.

Every Tuesday in summer season, the restaurant will introduce you around musical evenings ... the opportunity to taste a regional cuisine elaborated with local and organic products, accompanied by wines of Domain Cazes.

It is in tribute to Aimé Cazes, founder of the  Domain, father of André and Bernard, that this restaurant, located in the heart of the Cazes estate, naturally found its name. This long-ripened project took shape thanks to the complicity of Lionel Lavail, director of the Domain Cazes and the chef, Sébastien Colombier.
In the heart of the vineyard Domain Cazes, La Table d'Aimé offers a refined and authentic regional cuisine, making a point of honor to respect the product and the terroir.

From the Mediterranean coastline to the Catalan lands, Chef Sébastien Colombier has established tight relationships with local producers who bring him, at the rhythm of the seasons, the fruit of their fishing, their breeding and their harvests. Privilege of products exclusively fresh, the vast majority Bio, the dishes restore the best of the region, with menus evolving daily according to the market.

Originally from the Pyrenees Orientales, Sébastien Colombier already has a whole track marked with star-studded tables, which allowed him to express his creativity and develop his own style. Recently admitted to the Toques Blanches du Roussillon, it is by feeding on its many culinary discoveries, that he combines the local produce with flavors and wines of Domain Cazes.

Domaine Delmas
Domaine Delmas - Antugnac
A.O.P. Limoux Blanquette de Limoux, Crémant de Limoux, Blanquette Méthode Ancestrale  Land of bubbles... at hillsides Fleche_bas It all began 3 generations ago: Omer Delmas grows 3 ha of vineyards which he has himself inherited from his father. Bernard, his son, a former cook, perpetuates and develops this familial tradition. Our familial estate is situated in the Haute Vallée Terroir, at the heart of the charming village of Antugnac. Its geographic situation with exceptional weather conditions is ideal for the production of the famous bubbles of Limoux, blanquette and crémant, that the winemakers of the Limoux area make with passion since several centuries. It is the very same passion that has allowed us to evolve with boldness and to take up the challenges of an independent production. As early as 1986, we decided to convert the totality of our vineyard into an organic agriculture, and this until today. In less than 30 years, our familial estate, driven by Bernard and Marlène and then with the help of the whole team, has seen a very important development in terms of surface of the vineyards, range of products and modernization of the production tools. Today, it represents 31 hectares of vineyard and around 160 000 bottles per a year sold in France and Abroad...

Muscats du Languedoc

A.O.C. Muscats du Languedoc

Muscat de Rivesaltes is an appellation for the historic vins doux naturels from a relatively large area of Roussillon, in southern France, covering a total of 99 communes, and the majority of the Pyrenees-Orientales administrative departement. It is the largest single sweet wine appellation in France. Muscat de Rivesaltes wines are made predominantly from Muscat Blanc a Petit Grains and Muscat d'Alexandrie in varying ratios, according to the style desired by the individual producer. Muscat Blanc a Petits Grains is used to bring aromas of exotic and citrus fruits while Muscat d'Alexandrie brings a deeper bouquet of white flowers and ripe stone fruit. Collectively the wines show aromas of peach, lemon, mango and occasionally fresher, herbaceous notes like mint. These aromas all change with ageing, (which take place mostly in the bottle to preserve the fresher aromas) and the wines take on aromas of honey and baked stone fruits...

Plage Naturiste
de Torreilles

Plage Naturiste de Torreilles - Torreilles

South Beach The longest and most natural beach in Torreilles part of which is reserved for naturism. Between Port Bacares and Canet-en-Roussillon. Access by D81. The beach is between the village and the mouth of Bourdigou. Just as you come off the roundabout to enter Torielles there is an information board - take a look to orientate yourself. The access road to the beach is the very first right just beyond the roundabout. Follow this as it deteriorates into a dirt track but ends at a fine big car park right at the beach. Nice beach, just as you come off the roundabout to enter Torielles there is an information board stop and take a look to orientate yourself. The access road to the beach is the very first right just beyond the roundabout follow this as it deteriorates into a dirt track but ends at a fine big car park right at the beach. The beach is pretty nice big grainy sand some shelter there if it is windy which is often. The beach isn't huge but it has plenty of space and terminates where a river cuts through to the sea. There are a couple of beach restuarants near the parking but I did not check these out so don't know if they are also naturist or textile. They seperate the textile and naturist beach areas. I liked this beach and it has a fabulous view inland to the mountain peak of Canigou. It was snow capped when I was there. This is I would say a popular beach given its proximity to Perpignan city and being wedged in between some pretty busy resort towns...

Musée de Préhistoire de Tautavel

Musée de Préhistoire de Tautavel

The site of Tautavel Cave (also called Caune de l'Arago) is an ancient karst cave in the Tautavel valley of France with over 35 feet of deposits containing over 40 very old stratified occupations, dated between 450,000 and 100,000 years before the present. Stone tools and faunal remains have been found in abundance. The oldest layers include several bone and bone fragments of several individuals of the so-called Tautavel Man, called Homo erectus tautavelensis. Archaeologist Henry de Lumley of the Institut de Paléontologie Humaine has been excavating the cave since 1964 and continues research today....
