Opened in 2006, La Table de Franck Putelat was awarded its second Michelin star in March 2012. The restaurant offers inventive cuisine, creating a unique combination of the finest flavours and products, which will transform your gastronomic experience into a unique event.
The famous chef himself qualifies his cuisine as “classic fiction”: he takes the great classics of French gastronomy and reworks them, bringing them into a different era while telling his own story. The emphasis is on emotion and poetry, as he seeks to commune with his guests, offering them a highly sensorial taste experience.
In the heart of a lush green setting, at the foot of the ramparts of the medieval city, Franck Putelat has created a site of graphic elegance, a radiant showcase for his talents.
The restaurant, with its stylish contemporary design, contrasts with the ancestral stone of Carcassonne. Its sober warm atmosphere, inspired by the wisdom of ancient Japan, offers the perfect context to share the chef’s inventive dishes and the intense emotions they inspire.
