Starting: Fanjeaux, 19 km southeast of Castelnaudary by D 623 Parking: Treil Square (tourism office) Signs: 1-3> red-white ---- 3-1> yellow 1 - From the Office de tourisme de Fanjeaux, pass the cafe, then right over the bridge. Turn left Chemin du Moulin (GR ® 78) 100m. By a road to the left, down to the D 119. Follow it right and, in turn, to embark on a small road. Turn on the second road on the right. 2 - After 350 m, go up the grassy path to the left. Top, left to advance between fields. After a left-right turn down to the right along a grove and fly straight. Climb a hill and descending to a small road. Left she won Lasserre-de-Prouille. Each wine is a journey which combines tradition and innovation whilst the subtleties and the sun-drenched red fruit reminiscent of femininity and joy. The grapes are Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Grenache and Chardonnay. For future harvests, they have already planted Viognier and Pinot Noir...
