Ô Mazette, is an atypical establishment specially designed to take full advantage of the moment. Its different spaces are carefully arranged and decorated in the will to optimize each of the proposed services. Its large bucolic garden with kitchen garden and swimming pool will give you the sensation of suspending your time ... in the heart of Fabrezan, in the Corbières...

The meal finished, you will let yourself be carried by the lounge atmosphere to the sounds of soul / world music / electro proposed by a mix dj. A spirits and cocktails menu will enhance your evening.
Ô Mazette, first a restaurant!
In the retro-style bistro / tapas area, as soon as an aperitif, you will discover creative cuisine in the form of tapas. In portions, to share, you will savor them accompanied by a good wine selected among more than 40 references. Side restaurant, benches and old chairs near the old manger, allow you to enjoy, in a cozy setting, varied and original dishes. In fine weather, the two spaces are declined on the terraces and garden.

3 guest rooms are proposed in a house adjoining our establishment. The decoration is minimal while retaining the character of the old, inspiring the rest and memory of the summer holidays of our childhood. You can also enjoy the garden and the pool during the day. |

Ô Mazette, a place that changes over the hours...
We wanted to keep the charm of this house
"out of time" by magnifying the sensation it arouses. Its long corridor and stone staircase lead to 3 bedrooms. Proust's madeleine, tomettes, cement tiles,
a marble fireplace awaken memories of summer holidays at our ancestors. The exterior corroborates this sensation with the large garden, vegetable garden, bowling alley and swimming pool.
Each of the rooms has its own atmosphere. The furniture is found in the region and the decoration inspired by the creators. All have their own bathroom and toilet. The beds for 2 people are 160cmX200cm. Provision of towels, sheets, hair dryer, garden access and pool are included in the delivery. A private entrance is provided for guest rooms.
Breakfasts are served from 08:00 to 10:00

Te midden van een prachtig landschap van wijngaarden,
pijnboombossen, olijfbomen en garrigues (mediterrane kreupelhout), strekt ons
dorp zich uit langs de rivier de Nielle. Ideaal gelegen tussen Carcassonne met
de beroemde versterkte vesting 'La Cité' en Narbonne met zowel een opmerkelijke
kathedraal als ontspannende stranden, is ons dorp bekroond met het dubbele
"label" van "Poort van de Hautes Corbières" en "hart van de Corbières-Minervois
land" . U bent slechts op een paar minuten afstand van Lagrasse, door haar abdij
en haar middeleeuwse geplaveide straten behoort Lagrasse tot een van mooiste
dorpen van Frankrijk. En er is nog veel meer te zien: de abdijen van Fontfroide
en Caunes Minervois zijn zeker een bezoek waard, om zeker niet de Katharen
geschiedenis van de regio te vergeten met de kastelen van Termes, Villerouge
Termenes, Aquilair, Minerves en nog veel meer "vertigo burchten" alle binnen een
korte afstand van het dorp. Het Canal du Midi en de Cité van Carcassonne zijn
beiden ingeschreven op de Unesco World Heritage List. Ze bieden prachtige
mogelijkheden voor een halve dag of dagje uit in deze zonnige regio...

 In 1989, the opportunity arose for the former manager of Domaine de la Romanée-Conti to buy five hectares of vines in the hills of the Corbières appellation. Overlooking the valley near Lagrasse, at a height of 300 meters, the plot was surrounded by heath and the « garrigues » scrubland, thus providing the possibility of further planting. Pascaline et Hervé Leferrer set about equipping a cellar in the middle of the village and progressively cleared and prepared areas of this rocky, limestone-clay plateau where, despite it being difficult to reach, the Vines are most definitely in their element. For their red wines, they planted Syrah and Grenache and for their whites, Roussanne, Viognier and Muscat. They have recently bought 2 hectares of Cabernet Sauvignon, so that since 2006 vintage, they can a vin de Pays d’OC as entry of range (bottles and Bag In Box). Domaine du Grand Crès, now, owns 19 hectares...

 Officially ’one of the most beautiful villages in France’, Lagrasse is a small town nestled at the confluence of two valleys, and linked to the Benedictine abbey to which it owed its original prosperity by two graceful bridges spanning the river Orbieu. It is said that a peasant plowing his field there, found a statue of the Virgin. Depositing the village and returning to work his plot, he miraculously found the same figure. A chapel was built to sanctify this miracle and attested in the twelfth century. The devotion to Notre Dame de Carla remains from the Val de Dagne pilgrims who make the climb up the hill twice a year (the first Sunday of May and early September). Facing the chapel, the sheep was restored in 2006 at the initiative of an association "Amis de Notre Dame de Carla" and the support of local authorities. A Calvary erected on top of the hill, overlooking the gorge Alsou between the hills and the shell until Lauza Lacamp tray.

edge of a fragrant pine forest, invites you to enjoy a well deserved rest in the
shade of pine and almond trees. Here you will discover the terroir or wine
producing vineyards of the Corbières and the Minervois appellation. You can
relax on the terrace of the camp snack bar and enjoy a traditional dish cooked
to a traditional Pays Cathare recipe. The campsite is ideally located, halfway
between Carcassonne and Narbonne Plage, in the Department of Aude. Tranquil and
unspoiled, under the dependable sun of southern France, we offer mobile-homes to
rent and have dedicated bays to receive caravans, Campsite-vans and tents. Within
a short drive of the campsite, you can visit the historic sites of the Cathare
region with its castles and abbeys. The Canal du Midi traverses the area on its
final leg to the nearby Mediterranean Sea...
