Aux deux Oliviers - Gruissan

Our cuisine, inspired by the Mediterranean and the Languedoc, serves up-to-date recipes from our heritage. In the kitchen, our team is working on a market kitchen with fresh products, made for pleasure.

We dreamed of a country, a place where we could welcome you and where we could breathe the breath of life together for a while. Gruissan is this "country". The Barbarossa tower, Le village en circulade, the men who live and live there, were a revelation to us. We hope you enjoy the journey and, like us, fall in love with this painting.
    Aux deux Oliviers - Gruissan
On the stove side, we have devised a kitchen that expresses this terroir. Land and sea merge and each season will be reflected in our performance. Thank you for joining us and enjoying this moment. Most of our recipes, with the exception of the bread and ice cream, are homemade with the freshest products. Depending on the freshness and vigilance about quality, we will therefore replace some products in a single case. Thank you for understanding this...
Aux deux Oliviers' cuisine is one of the best in Gruissan and is in keeping with the spirit of the listed restaurants. The dishes are prepared with mastery and are distinguished by very reasonable prices. The dining room is not large, but the careful decoration reminds us that we are very close to l'étang de Gruissan. The friendly host offers quality service at a very affordable price. He doesn't hesitate to provide details and good advice on products he knows well, adding a welcome touch of humor to his expression...
Aux deux Oliviers - Gruissan
After the many positive reviews about this restaurant we decided to eat here and we are indeed not disappointed. The welcome was very warm and friendly. The food was simply delicious: Mediterranean cuisine with local products, a clear choice of the owner. The price / quality ratio is unbelievable: we had a menu of 32 euros, the children a menu of 25 euros, almost unbelievable for such a quality of food. Definitely a must. If you are in the area don't hesitate to eat there!

The Clape, gets its name from the Occitan word « Clapas » meaning a pile of stones, and reaches a height of 214 m. The pine trees cover the slopes of the Clape. The garrigue covers the plateaux and the thyme, the rosemary and the lavender that invite you to promenade are what give the wines their character...
